We welcome Bernard Mullaney to the Town as our full time Inspector of Wires for the Building Department. Bernie is in the office Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 8:00am. All electrical inspections will be performed in the morning from 8:30 am - 11:30 am. Electricians must be on-site at the time of the scheduled inspection or homeowners must be home at the date of the requested inspection. All inspections must be called into the office with the type of inspection requested, date of preference,electricians name, permit number and a telephone/cellphone number to contact the responsible person for the inspection.
Remember! there are no longer any afternoon or evening electrical inspections.
We welcome Richard Cornetta to the Town as our full time Gas & Plumbing Inspector for the Building Department. Richie is in the office Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 9:00am. All gas & plumbing inspections will be performed in the morning from 9:15 am - 11:30 am. Gas & plumbers must be on-site at the time of the scheduled inspection or homeowners must be home at the date of the requested inspection. All installing contractors must call into the office with the type of inspection requested, date of preference, permit number and a telephone/cellphone number to contact the responsible person for the inspection.
