Franklin Library Board of Directors: The Franklin Library Board of Directors is appointed by the town administrator of the town of Franklin and accepted by the town council. The board acts in an advisory capacity to the library director and the town administrator. The board meets every fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m., in the Library meeting Room. Board meetings are open to the public.
