* You must be a resident of the city of Franklin to borrow a membership pass.
* Advanced booking with a valid Franklin library card is required.
* A valid library card is required to pick up a pass.
* Weekday passes may be picked up the day prior to the booking and returned the day after.
* Please remember to book your passes well in advance during school vacations.
* Passes may be booked up to 30 days in advance.
* Passes not picked up by 11:30 A. M. on the day of the requested visit will be re-released for
reservation.
