The Town of Franklin has updated its Blackboard Connect-CTY™ service to provide enhanced communications options to residents and enable community leaders to reach their audiences more quickly and effectively, helping to keep them safer and better informed. This is the primary method of keeping residents informed of emergencies, weather issues, road closures, and other pertinent information we believe is important
