Franklin Girls Youth Lacrosse
The 2009 Spring Girls Lacrosse season is now over. We enjoyed a great season with almost 200 girls playing this spring. We had one 1st & 2nd grade team, three 3rd & 4th grade teams, three 5th & 6th grade teams, and three 7th & 8th grade teams. Registration for the 2010 season will begin sometime in November 2009. Check back for more details.
On Saturday, February 28th, the Franklin High School Girls Lacrosse team will be holding a one day clinic for youth lacrosse players as a fund-raiser for their booster club. Our hope is that girls in the youth program will come out and help support the high school team by signing up. We will post information here once it is available.

Girls Spring Lacrosse-
Girl’s youth lacrosse is a town-sponsored league designed for girls in grades kindergarten through 8. Teams will be divided into three groups by grade, K-2nd (U9), 3rd & 4th (U11), 5th & 6th (U13), and 7th and 8th (U15). Players will receive instruction during practice and play actual games against teams from around the area. Franklin Girls Youth Lacrosse is a member of the Massachusetts Bay Youth Lacrosse League in the Metro West Division. We will play an 8 game schedule and practice twice a week. Practices held Tuesday and Thursday evenings, games held on Sunday afternoons.
March 10-June 17, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays
