Have you received a notice from either the Registry of Motor Vehicles or Kelley & Ryan Associates stating that you owe the Town of Franklin for a delinquent excise tax or parking ticket? Now you can pay those taxes and tickets on line. Follow this link to the Kelley & Ryan website for more information. Kelley & Ryan will now accept payments for marked excise bills and parking tickets. Payments made by credit card will be cleared immediately.Payments made by electronic check will be cleared after 2 weeks. Note: On-line payments are for delinquent payments only. You must have received a notice. Regular bills will be paid in the normal fashion as will water bills, property taxes, etc. |
